This Swiss style B&B is in a residential subdivision within walking distance of Whistler Village within a mile of the lifts and cross country ski trails. Shopping and restaurants can be found in the village. Alta Lake, Whistler Golf Course and the Valley Trail are just minutes away. The closest major airport is Vancouver International, less than two hours away. Several bus and shuttle services run from Vancouver Airport to Whistler Village on a daily basis, with more frequent service in the popular winter season. Passengers arriving into Vancouver by rail may find shuttle service at the train station, or may opt to take the Whistler Mountaineer, an upscale train service that takes passengers to the Village (reservations required). Passengers will find car rentals at airport terminals or at various locations in the city. The Sea to Sky Highway is the most direct route to the village. It can be a challenging ride in snowy conditions, as it makes many twists and turns as it navigates the mountainous terrain. Four wheel drive vehicles are advised in winter.
