Twenty minutes north of Whistler Resort this rustically elegant yellow cedar log cabin offers guests charming rooms and full English style gourmet breakfasts in a peaceful, forested setting. Filled with native artwork and hand made quilts, this is a welcoming four season retreat. 
Warm weather seasons bring out colourful displays of wildflowers and the opportunity to use the wrap around sundeck. Two golf courses, the Big Sky Golf Club and the Pemberton Valley Golf Course provide the opportunity to practice your game in this scenic locale. Hiking and horse back riding are popular, as is kayaking and fishing on the glacier fed rivers and streams found in the area. Popular winter activities are snow shoeing, snowmobiling and of course cross country and alpine skiing. The open concept living and dining area of this B&B is spacious, warm and inviting. The natural wood furniture and earth toned palate reflects the honeyed tones of the cabin logs. The upstairs reading nook, seen in this photo, offers not only a birds eye view of the main floor, but a cozy corner to reflect, play chess, or use the telescope to explore the surrounding mountainside. A year round outdoor hot tub is also available. 
Seven well appointed guest rooms are available, all with natural wood furniture and private bathrooms. Bedding and size varies, and the cabin’s design makes for some interesting architectural angles. Some rooms can comfortably accommodate up to four people with the addition of a roll-a-way bed. One king suite offers an ensuite jetted tub for two. In the winter season, nightly turndown service is offered, including a hot water bottle tucked between the sheets to ward off those chilly nights.
