"trip to b.c."
We enjoyed our trip and the room location was great, however, the running water in the bath tub needs to be replaced. The air conditioning was a bonus since it was so hot in Victoria. We were close to everything.

My only problem was with the toilet being too low. Since I have a partial hip replacement I usually use a higher toilet. I did inquire ahead of time and was told that an extension wasn't available but, on my last day there, a maid told me I could have had an extension if I had asked for it. Poor communication! I liked being right downtown and I found the service generally good.

"Accommodation 5 stars - Breakfast No stars"
The accommodation was excellent but the male manager at breakfast was brusque and unwelcoming. Food was not particularly appetizing.

"great location"
We were within easy walking distance to the Harbour, restaurants and shopping. Parking was extra, but also easy access. The staff was kind and helpful.
We happened to be in Victoria during a weekend when two major events were in town, so it was very difficult to get a room. The EasyRez agent was able to quickly search through availability.
