"Great Vancouver stay"

Using EasyRez worked out very well for us.

This was a charming room overlooking a residential street just half a block from the water path that goes one way to English Bay and the other way along False Creek. The staff were helpful and always available. The parking was safe and convenient. We would have appreciated free Internet connection that is now offered in most hotels.

Breakfast was most uninteresting - pastries pale.

Also, something should be done about the door slides going into the dining nooks. They are too high and, in our case, led to one badly bruised foot.

Otherwise, we really enjoyed our 3 stays within the 2 weeks. Thanks

Continental breakfast pastries could have been better. Other than that, everything was very positive.

Excellent service from EasyRez, especially the return phone call to offer an alternative which ended up as our accommodation.

The staff were extremely helpful and there were very good amenities.
Location wise is ideal, close to downtown, Granville Island, Sunset Beach & bus routes.
However, breakfast choices could be improved and perhaps needed to be replenished more regularly. There were a few times where there wasn’t much left at all.

"Impressive"

We were impressed about how our townhouse was presented to us - with nice music playing and the TV on an information channel, as well as a tour of the facilities. The staff was very accommodating to our needs and questions. We found the place clean and quiet and well taken care of.

We were very, very happy with our stay in Vancouver. The location was perfect… walking distance to the downtown core, harbour boats to Granville Island at the door step. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We were amazed at how quiet it was even sleeping with our windows open. We were also very impressed with the security provided at the hotel. Our only suggestion for improvement would be the morning breakfast. Choice was extremely limited as was seating. We ended up taking our food back to our room.

The EasyRez booking receptionist was wonderful. Very efficient, helpful (this was our first time using EasyRez), and personable. I felt like I was talking to a good friend!
