Property Description

This cozy stand alone guest house is in the Southland area, minutes south of Vancouver’s city centre. Reminiscent of a vintage farm building, it offers a quiet retreat after a day visiting dynamic Vancouver. Sitting on a almost an acre of land, it is still only two blocks from public transit. The private patio offers guests a BBQ/fire pit and a garden area. There is also a stable with horses which guests may vist and give a pat or two.

A corner kitchenette, complete with mini-fridge, microwave, cutlery and a small dinette is available making snacks quick and easy. Want to stay in for the evening? Just heat something in your self contained guest house, get comfy and enjoy.

The recently renovated guest house makes use of the orignal beamed ceilings. Hand crafted furnishings and eclectic country touches can be found throughout the property. Guests are also welcome to sample the products of the onsite vegetable garden.

The guest house will accommodate four adults comfortably; two on the main floor and two in the loft. Bedding is one queen and one queen futon, both with soft comforters and puffy pillows. Cable TV, VCR and high speed internet access are available.
