Property Description

The six spacious two and three bedroom apartment suites are located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, and just minutes from Stanley Park, English Bay and Robson St. The 1910 heritage building has served as a backdrop for over 50 films, TV shows, pilots and commercials and is a favourite home away from home for those in the industry.

Apartment features include hardwood floors, antique furniture, high ceilings, DVDs and large screen colour TV. A meditation garden with a BBQ area is available for guest use. This stain glass window is a reminder of the buildings early twentieth century charm.

Each apartment varies between 1,200 and 1,500 square feet. This living room area is spacious and well appointed with comfortable furnishings, hardwood floors and a working fireplace.

Some of the master bedrooms have their own fireplaces. Each bedroom offers queen bedding, and there are two bathrooms in each suite.
