Kitsilano Beach Bed And Breakfast

"Great location, with free WiFi included!"

We had a great experience at this indy B&B, here are some of our comments:

Excellent location:
- It is a 20 minute walk from the downtown area,
- It is minutes away from the very trendy 4th avenue shopping/dining strip
- It is on at least 2 major bus lines
- There are many, many places to dine within 4 or 5 blocks in any direction

Free WiFi / computer access
- The owner has a desktop computer for guests to access the internet at their convenience
- On top of this, they also supply free WiFi

The owner insists that you remove your shoes at the door- we both think this is a great idea.

The only reason we gave them 'Average' for service, was that it was not obvious that they refreshed our room during the day, but this was not a big deal to us.

We would definitely stay here again in the future, and recommend it whole heartedly.

Very comfortable B&B close to campus and downtown with very helpful staff. Would certainly stay there again.

This is a friendly B&B in a home setting. Rather old-fashioned amenities, but comfortable. Most friendly hosts. Good breakfasts. Within walking distance of downtown Vancouver, and near a good trolleybus route.

It provided us with all we needed for an enjoyable stay in Vancouver.

"Reasonable Value"

Not bad for the price, but not charming. A little cosmetic work would help; the breakfasts were not very good. We liked the location - access to buses, to UBC, to downtown all great. We liked being close to Kitsilano beach.

We liked very much the personal ambiance of this B&B. We met nice people at breakfast and the neighbourhood was attractive (many good shops) and also safe to walk in the evenings.
