Jenni of Ephrata, United States Date of Visit: visited on March, 2008"I felt absolutely at home!"
I'm a bit new to the B&B experience but as an intro, others will have a hard time to match this property! The host was extremely welcoming, caring and yet very much respected an individual's privacy. In addition to incredible breakfasts, she welcomed me to use her kitchen for tea in the evenings and her fridge to store any needed items that I might snack on. My room was exceptionally clean, well-supplied and what a view! I sat many nights on the edge of the fainting couch and watched the lights of downtown Vancouver. The location was excellent... North Vancouver; just over the bridge from downtown... easy to get to by car and by public transport. Very close to Grouse Mountain and the suspension bridge. Parking was a snap in the back of their house. What a lovely, residential area to stay in... and from the incredible breakfasts, I really should have spent some time walking around the easily walkable neighbourhood.. My only complaint… I think I gained a pound or two :-) I highly recommend this B&B to everyone. She makes you feel like part of the family without sacrificing your individual privacy. She even said goodbye to me with a little snack bag for the trip...how thoughtful and kind! Even their little poodle knew how to make a person feel at home!
It was very easy to book with EasyRez. Greatly appreciated all the reviews; it made the places come alive!

Jordan Hoffart of Vancouver, Canada Date of Visit: visited on March, 2008"Quiet, Romantic getaway!"
It’s a very quiet neighbourhood, set far enough off Lonsdale that little or no traffic comes through on a regular basis. The amenities were premium and the cost was low considering the quality of the stay. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone trying to escape the day to day chaos from living in the city.

We were very pleased with the experience. The hosts were very friendly, and the rooms were spotless! We felt the location was excellent, providing access to all areas of the city. We would highly recommend to friends, as we have already. Thanks.

Rob of Stalbert, Canada Date of Visit: visited on October, 2007"Lovely B&B"
The room was fabulous and a bit on the expensive side but acceptable as we knew the price. The hosts were excellent and very friendly. They made the stay very warm and welcoming, like visiting a friend. The views were great and there was good access to the highway. The hosts offered food outside the “standard” eating time; even made us a sandwich to take as we left at 4:30am to catch the flight home. We would go back. This may become our favourite B&B in Vancouver.

Frank Tangren of Atlanta, United States Date of Visit: visited on September, 2007"North Vancouver"
We spent 3 nights here (9/13-15/07) and highly recommend it. The location, mid North Shore, along with the view was convenient and spectacular. The innkeeper's local knowledge was willingly offered and she was accommodating with all help requested. The home was expansive and open to all to use. Breakfasts were made to order. Superb experience.

John Shephard of Ash Vale, United Kingdom Date of Visit: visited on August, 2007"Two night stay - August 2007"
We flew out from England and stayed at this lovely B&B for two nights prior to an Alaskan cruise and were amazed by the high standard of the accommodation, the hospitality, the breakfasts and the views. We thought you had to check in to one of the top hotels for this sort of thing. Here you get the standards plus the personal touch. To anyone considering staying here, I would say don't hesitate - go ahead and book it.
If the budget allows, go for the recently refurbished suite on the ground floor with private balcony overlooking downtown Vancouver, though basically you can't go wrong with any choice of room.

We had a very nice room with a water view and a nice size bathroom. I wish we had known that this B& B was located in North Vancouver which is about 20 min outside of the city.
