"disappointing"

The breakfast was lousy, coffee and eggs were the only hot food option, every day. Shoes off in house rule. Felt like an imposing guest rather than a customer who greatly overpaid for the accommodations, even considering it was an Olympics week.

Room was clean. Hot water every day except one.

Could use improvement on hospitality. I felt like I was being tolerated instead of a welcome paying customer. Too many conditions on the terms of the proprietor; not enough accommodating the customer. Coffee had grounds in it; was cold and never enough; had to ask to have more coffee made every day. Dishes weren't cleared until after the breakfast hour was over. Diners had to sit next to the previous diner's dirty dishes and eat - gross. While we were gone every day, our windows were left open. We came home at night to a cold damp room. If windows are open to clean a room, they should be closed at some point. Proprietor had a rule to remove shoes when entering the house requiring customers to walk around in stocking feet.

"More variety."

My experience with EasyRez was very good.

Our host and hostess were very friendly and eager to please and they kept the house spotless. I have only a minor complaint: there should be a bit more variety with regards to breakfast. Perhaps muffins, croissants, hot cereals, etc. in addition to the standard eggs would be a good idea.

There were no problems with the booking process.

Room was quite small, Table lamp was broken. Breakfast was below average in selection and quality. Hosts were courteous.
Good central location (need a car for easy access).

"What I didn't know"

There were 3 things that I didn't know until I got there.
1. Free parking means "Street Parking". However, there was plenty of room.
2. The house doesn't have air conditioning. A ceiling fan did make sleeping ok
3. The owners requested guests to remove their shoes at the door. I got used to it.

I enjoyed the place, but may have made another decision if I had known of the 3 points above.
