Very nice location and what was very good was the B&B has private parking as well as very good breakfasts and service.

"A Wonderful Visit"

This was a new area of Toronto for my wife and I and we feared that it might be awkward to move around the city. Wrong!!!! While not a central location, it is nicely located near two streetcar lines and is a reasonable walk to the subway. For car trips it was very useful to be only a few blocks from Gardiner and Lakeshore. The area was interesting and safe to walk around and there was a wide choice of restaurants for meals. Breakfast was great and substantial. Our host at the B and B was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. In all, a great place with nice people and highly recommended.

"Simply Superb!"

My husband and I stayed at this B&B for three days and nights, and were extremely pleased. Our host was gracious and attentive, but by no means intrusive. Our bedroom and bathroom were extremely clean and well-maintained while we were there. Our bed was remade every day, even though we had made it, and the bathroom was tidied up. There was nothing we needed or wanted that was not provided or available. The food at breakfast was delicious and well-prepared as well as interesting and imaginative. The B&B itself was charming and pretty. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants the feeling of a getaway--a getaway to another, gentler, more beautiful time and place. We were helped by EasyRez in a very personal and attentive way, and the person who helped us book knew--and made it clear that he liked--the place we were considering, which gave us confidence. "Pleased"

The B&B was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that can improve is the serving of the breakfast. Everything got cold quite fast and wasn't as hot as we would have liked it to be.

"Would you rather stay at a motel? Didn't think so."

We stayed two nights while in town for an engagement party. It's not the Ritz but, it was clean and comfortable. The price we paid was cheaper than a motel room and we had a very pleasant stay. The management was right there when we needed. The European-style breakfast was ample, varied and tasty. Be ready for some rather wild coloring in the rooms. Our bedroom was chartreuse, the anteroom blazing orange and the bathroom cobalt blue! Very cool! This is not the place to spend your time at while in Toronto. It is, however, a great place to retire to and wake up at while enjoying some of the other things the city has to offer.

Staying at B and B's in the past proved to be difficult as most tourist trips left early morning and not every host was willing to provide breakfast at earlier times. This B&B was the happy exception.
