Terrific way to visit Quebec City and stay within a budget! The kitchenette allowed us to prepare breakfasts and snacks and we were then able to blow the budget on fabulous dinners on the town! Any small problems were rectified speedily.

EasyRez was prompt in returning phone calls and emails and had good information regarding our location etc.

Great location! We took a cab from the airport and walked everywhere. Great bus service if needed. There was no AC when we arrived but they did put it in the next morning. No wine glasses either; they did get us some after asking. All in all great stay and would recommend to friends and would stay there again.

"Totally Charming"

The room itself was spacious, well kept and charming, looking out onto a quiet courtyard. Located in a heritage building, just steps away from the old fort in the Faubourg neighbourhood, we found the most interesting shopping along St. Jean. After a day taking in local tourist charms and events, it was wonderful to stroll "home" along St. Jean to find the best ethnic restaurants, cafes, gourmet food marts and shops loaded with different types of art work. Our stay there was definitely the highlight of our trip!

The location was perfect for our Convention/Mini Vacation. We brought bicycles and there was a place to chain them in the courtyard of the B&B. Parking was convenient and reasonable. Everything was within walking/bicycling distance. Room/service was average. I left a necklace which they found and were kind enough to courier back to me. The only complaint would be that we would prefer more towels during our stay. Would recommend/use again but would get more towels on arrival!

Our apartment was small but cozy and parking was just across the street. Location was perfect for sight-seeing, restaurants and shopping and we didn't drive our car for our entire stay.

The location was wonderful. The price was fair and the host was very polite and accommodating. Anything we needed they were willing to help us with. Terrific experience.

"Victoria Day Getaway"

We booked this trip as a mini spring vacation. I came across the EasyRez site on my general search for alternative accommodations and found it really easy to use and very thorough. Reading all the reviews - especially those specific to the apartment we had (Studio #5) - was very helpful in knowing what to expect so there were no surprises and we packed accordingly. The only moment of confusion we had was trying to find the office. The address of the business entrance is not actually on the door (and there was no business sign displayed that I noticed) but there is an address on the door next to the entrance with a sign saying to please use this door so not a big deal. We thought the location was great (lovely little courtyard, quiet street) and the room was just right for our needs. Checking in and out was very efficient and loved that there was a parking spot reserved for us; we parked for the weekend and walked everywhere. Location was close enough that we were able to go back mid-afternoon if we wanted to rest our weary feet and freshen up before heading back out for the evening.
