This apartment is only a block from the Chateau Frontenac, in the middle of everything. The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped. While the entrance and hallways of the building are not very inviting, the apartment itself is a gem once you get inside and very good value for the money. The owners are truly gracious and hospitable people, and we would definitely stay here again.

B&B was great but parking is very hard to find; no parking on streets and one way streets everywhere!!!

The apartment was spacious enough for a large family. However, only one bathroom for a large family was an awful experience! If an extra bathroom can be added to the place, I would definitely recommend this place for its excellent location. Otherwise I would not recommend it for a large family due to the grave inconvenience of having only 1 bathroom. Also, the 1st floor has a slight funky smell to it, but the 2nd & 3rd floors are fine. Air conditioning would be a big plus. The folks running the place are very nice, but unfortunately niceness cannot makeup for the inconvenience! I cannot stress enough how important an extra bathroom is!!!

"Perfect Location"

We were in Downtown Apt. 6. We have a baby, so one of the best things about the apartment was the large master bedroom, with a curtain dividing off part of the room. We were disappointed with a few things (quality of towels, number of burned out bulbs), but overall, the great location made up for it. Be aware-- this apartment is on a 4th floor, and there is no elevator.

"Quebec City"

Everything was great…my 75 year old father loved this place way more than a 6 star hotel...my only complaint was about the parking arrangement...but over all...it was fantastic.....
