Old Quebec Designer Boutique Hotel

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and courteous and the rooms were nicely appointed with a unique style. The breakfast was fine for a continental, with the exception of the coffee - which was fantastic!! There was a self serve americano/latte machine available all day and it seemed to always have hot fresh cookies nearby. Yum! Our room, which was on the fifth floor, had an exceptional view of the city.

I thought the hotel was a little pricey for what you get but the location made up for it. The hotel staff was great and very helpful. We were there for the Winter Carnival so we were really only in the room to sleep.

"Great location, courteous staff."

We stayed here for 4 days during Winter Carnival. The staff speaks good English and are friendly and accomodating. The only problem we encountered was a lack of hot water in the shower; upon bringing the problem to the staff's attention, they promptly upgraded us to a junior suite for no additional charge. Breakfast is exceptional but get there early. Free wi-fi and perfect location in the middle of Upper Town; walkable from the train station.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was wonderful; very friendly. The inclusive varied and generous continental breakfast was a great treat every morning. The location couldn't be better if you are spending time in old Quebec. The hotel has been newly decorated in a contemporary, pleasant style.

"Gorgeous room "

We stayed in a junior suite for two nights. The room was tastefully and beautifully decorated, and well equipped with a whirlpool bath and comfortable separate bathroom. The bed was enormous, though a little hard, but the soft linen made up for it. The breakfast was a bit limited but a welcome relief from overindulgence! The staff was exceedingly friendly and there was 24 hour access to coffee and internet services in the communal area beyond the foyer. Highly recommended... best of all the hotels we stayed in during our week's holiday

"A touch of Europe"

The hotel is well located inside the walls of the old city. Our accommodations were perfect for our three night stay in Québec. The rooms were very comfortable; the staff was friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was more than adequate.
