"Fantastic Hotel!"

We really appreciated our stay in this boutique hotel. Beautiful rooms in a great location for enjoying the Old Town of Quebec City. It's walking distance from the train station as well.

We were delighted with the hotel. In fact, we liked everything about it. The attendant at the desk was wonderful. I even recommended that my sister cancel her reservation at another Quebec City hotel later this summer and book at this hotel, which she has done. Wonderful room, location, amenities. Terrific.

"A nice boutique hotel a short walk from downtown"

My wife, our three kids, and I stayed at this hotel during Carnaval and had a fine time. The free breakfast basket (including good-quality croissants) and coffee were a big hit and helped us save a bit on breakfast. Some friends of ours stayed near the Frontenac but their room was more expensive and more cramped. Our room wasn't spacious compared to a big-name chain but perfectly adequate for an urban, boutique hotel with character (and isn't that why you're going to Quebec in the first place?). The property is very current and well-kept. The lobby (and its staff) are modern and hip. The hotel is probably best suited to couples but the staff was tolerant of our minivan-load of toddlers (and their equipment). The hotel is a self-service facility with minimal staff, so don't expect help with your bags...I had to make multiple trips to move our pile of toddler-support equipment (pack-n-play's, strollers, etc.). Downtown is a 10-minute walk up the hill...we did it pushing strollers through snow several times in single-digit temps (F)and lived to tell.

Very cute and clean hotel - above what we expected! Continental breakfast is included and arrives at your room in a picnic basket. Very original! Extra coffee and breakfast located at reception to take on the way out. Parking is across the street and the staff was excellent! Location is within walking distance to all the attractions. This hotel is a "true" Québec City boutique hotel. You won't be disappointed!

EasyRez customer service was excellent - very helpful & patient.
