"Wonderful place."

We came to see the Quebec Winter Carnival and stayed for two nights during a busy weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very cozy, well maintained and clean. I would not suggest this hotel for individuals with arthritis or those who have difficulty walking as the stairs to reach the rooms on the 2nd floor are steep and narrow, and Old Quebec is about a 10-15 minute walk. However, the service was FANTASTIC and the breakfast was very, very good. We were very well taken care of during our entire stay. We plan to return in the summer.

I should note that the EasyRez representative who took our reservation was very pleasant, professional and personal in the response to our special requests. I highly recommend this on-line based service!! Thank-you!!

"First night in Quebec City"

Cleanest room I have ever stayed in…the breakfast exceeded our expectations and was delicious.
The woman who checked us in on the night we arrived was very friendly and helpful as was the server who brought us our breakfast. The man behind the front desk when we left was gruff and unfriendly and shouldn't be dealing with customers.

The EasyRez woman on the phone was extremely helpful and helped us choose excellent accommodations.

"Overnight Stay"

The location was superb for walking to the Old City without having to drive by car, which we left at the hotel. The staff was great and the breakfast was delicious. We absolutely loved the hotel, the room, the location and the service. It was immaculate and cozy.

Also, last but not least, the EasyRez who booked the room for us is just a delightful person to work with. She is so friendly, helpful, upbeat and sweet.

"Very Clean"

Great little hotel with nice breakfasts…very clean and nicely furnished. Helpful and friendly staff. Wooden floors were beautiful but beware the late night footsteps of those above. The bed was a bit too firm for my taste. A great location about half mile from the old city and a block from the expansive park on the Plains of Abraham, on the bluff above the St Lawrence. Would stay there again. Nice to park car behind the hotel and leave it until departure.

"Enjoyable first trip to Quebec"

Charming B & B. Walking distance to a beautiful park and dining district. Our rooms were attractive and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that our bath was open to the bedroom (not much privacy) so it would have been better suited to a single person. Our friends' room on the third floor made hauling luggage a bit of a chore. But we were lucky to get the last two rooms they had and everything else was so nice we would definitely stay here again if we did not stay "within the walls".

Excellent. Your representative was very helpful and informative, and so nice! Great for someone who had never been to Canada. I would use EasyRez again!

"I love Quebec"

The service was terrific and accomodating. I must admit though, that I found it a little far from old
Quebec.

It’s in an excellent location for access to the walled city and the battleground…good restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Staff was very helpful but bathroom not really suitable for elderly person, too slippery and the bed was very creaky.
