"Quebec carnival"
Handy location to the carnival and we were very comfortable; appreciated the help and friendliness of the proprietor.

We were looking for a hotel with a bit of character and history of old Quebec. Location was exceptional. Walking distance to everywhere. Staff was very pleasant.

We thought the breakfast was disappointing. Muffins and coffee only. The managers were very accommodating; carried our bags to our room and allowed me to use the iron in their quarters. We just felt the price a little high in view of the poor breakfast.

We enjoyed out time in Quebec. The ambiance of the place and the warm welcome by the hosts was much appreciated.
Our daughter from England arrived and stayed in the second room. She and her companion were likewise delighted.

"BREAKFAST"
Very clean and a great location. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Coffee and muffins are all the B&B provided. Orange juice and fruit would have been nice, but overall a nice place to stay.
