The distinctive teal coloured roof on this modern condo complex is a marked yet pleasant contrast with the timeless beauty of Mount Washington Resort. The three bedroom plus den penthouse condos offer a birds eye view of the forest and neighbouring Strathcona Park, as well as ski out convenience. The condos are closest to the Green Chair, the Six Pack Hawk Express and the Discovery Platter lifts as well as to neighbouring cross country ski trials.

Enjoy views such as this from the deck just off the living room, or from the many large windows throughout the condos. Cross country ski enthusiasts will be a short ski away from trails that allow exploration of this rugged countryside. Summer guests will be equally pleased to find the popular mountain biking and hiking trails conveniently close. Guests have use of one underground parking stall, and another in the adjacent lot. There is elevator access from the garage area.

The large U-shaped kitchen with its unusually shaped breakfast bar is well equipped with enough gadgets to keep many a cook happy. The kitchen is part of an open concept dining/living area making for a large gathering space, perfect for entertaining.

Colour schemes range from pastel washes of colour to warm earth tones, and each unit has a gas fireplace, cable TV, VCR and CD players in the living rooms. Master bedrooms have a queen bed and ensuite bathroom complete with two person jetted tub. Bedding configuration in the remaining bedrooms varies depending on the unit.
