Property Description

This two bedroom apartment is in an early 20th century, fully restored home in a quiet and safe neighbourhood close to Montreal’s Botanical Garden. Using bold, bright colours and an eclectic mix of furnishings and artwork, the two bedroom apartment is a comfortable, spacious and fun loving retreat.

Bold, bright and beautiful describes the dining room. The colonnades from the original architecture provide a graceful archway between this area and the equally large, equally eclectic living room area.

The designers have effectively combined features spanning two centuries, creating a spectacular living space.The two bedroom apartment offers queen bedding in the master bedroom, and a double bed in the second bedroom. A fold out sofa sleeper, double sized, is in the living room. The large bathroom has both a soaker tub and shower.

The fully equipped kitchen is spacious with top of the line appliances, plenty of counter space, and the added luxury of a ceramic heated floor. Sliding glass doors lead to a private terrace, equipped with its own BBQ grill and furnished deck.
