"Hurrah for the shuttle bus"

Our first visit from the UK to Montreal was a great success. We deliberately chose not to be “downtown” and we loved the Park Olympique area but there are no restaurants or shops there. The hotel bar was closed on Saturday lunchtime! The pool and hot tub were great and the shuttle bus really made life much easier to and from the subway and Biodome, etc. The restaurant on the Sunday night was VERY quiet. Breakfasts were excellent value.

We booked a room for 5 people and it was too small although it was inexpensive.So we ended up booking 2 rooms.The service was good but if the hotel had been full as it was at the weekend we would have been in a difficult situation.
