"Great little Hotel!"

If like we were, you are after somewhere central, convenient and welcoming then you won't go far wrong here. Friendly staff, pleasant comfortable rooms with good air-conditioning (a necessity in the summer), just a two minute walk from Peel underground station and on the edge of a fantastic culinary area; it all helped make our stay comfortable. Our only criticism if we had one was that the breakfast was very basic, but this certainly would not stop us going back or recommending it to anybody.

"lots of stairs"

43 stairs to our room, lucky we're young and fit; can't imagine seniors being able to do this. And this is not counting the stairs up from the street and then up into the next wing and down to the stairway. Excellent location.

The hotel was excellent. Very comfortable and in a nice part of town. Bring your walking shoes, as the neighbourhood is full of interesting sites. Our only slightly negative comment is that the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night.

EasyRez made booking a small hotel in an unfamiliar city a breeze. We'll definitely use them again.

I found this to be a lovely little hotel but definitely out of bounds if someone was infirm due to the stairs. The front office manager was pleasant. I left very early in the morning (6:00am) to catch my plane and so was not able to partake of a breakfast. When I mentioned this to the manager, she said, yes, the breakfast started at 7:00 and so that was it. Allowances should be made for people who leave early in that there should be an area for at least toast and coffee, especially as we pay for it! EasyRez was very efficient, timely and professional - I will definitely use EasyRez’ service again.
