"Should we keep it secret?"

Travelling with twin infants can be tricky, but we were fantastically impressed with the staff and environment of this beautiful B&B. In particular the fact that they helped us to find a great baby-sitter, and also the open access to the kitchen as well as the nice room, friendly staff and perfect location made it undoubtedly the best B&B we've ever stayed in (and they are our regular accommodation when travelling).
As the title say, my only reservation about giving this place the praise it deserves is that it will be hard to get into next time we return!

"Fun weekend"

The weekend was great! Location and facilities were excellent. Be prepared for the "make your own" breakfast.

"Romantic Getaway"

This place was wonderful. While the service was less than perfect, the hosts are too friendly to care about any mistakes. Breakfast was wonderful, with local breads and pure fruit spreads. The Concerto Suite, while lacking a TV (and who cares on a romantic weekend away), has a great fireplace, lots of room, wireless internet, and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The location is perfect, in the middle of the vieux port.

I couldn't see paying their high-season prices, but for Valentines weekend, the price was great for the room size and service. This was our first romantic weekend away, after dating for six moths, and it was wonderful. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay, and have already recommended it to friends!

Room was great, beautiful facility however the noise from other guests was really noticeable,(interior walls not insulated?) as well as street noise, like when the bars empty out.

It was great to visit Old Montreal and try our French. We find that the locals are very friendly. We took one of our grandchildren with us. He was able to practice his knowledge of French as well. It was a great learning experience for him. We will return.
