"Spring Skiing"

The service from EasyRez was quick, thorough, with good follow up and excellent results.

We usually plan a trip to Mont Tremblant around this time of year for one last snowboarding weekend. It is usually a guys weekend as we term it but there has been wives and girlfriends attend in the past. We usually stay at a different property however they were completely booked. As a result we quickly booked through EasyRez and found just what we required for the weekend. The facilities we modern and clean and at an affordable price. We will certainly use your organization to source living accommodations. The snowboarding was also excellent. Many thanks to your team for your quick response and actions on such short notice.

"Great little getaway"

We also really liked the EasyRez concierge because he got us really good rentals at a great price, and even meet us at the hill with our tickets (great service) Also EasyRez was easy to get a hold of and they called back right away! It was a great time!

I really like this place because its not in the heart of downtown, so at night its peaceful and restful. I really liked that there were small restaurants near the hotel too that you could check out and were very affordable. The only downfall is the hot tub area. they don't provide towels and at the main lodge you have to change in locker rooms with no locks and walk through the kitchen storage place to get to the hot tub. Its really close to the main village and parking is free so that's a bonus. The front desk was helpful too when we needed to find a pharmacy. It would have helped if we knew a little bit of french too, most people spoke English but sometimes they were hard to understand.

Condo itself was beautiful but we really missed having a pool and hot tub which ended up being a very long walk (and not very hot). Difficult to get a hold of the front desk and with only one person ahead of us at check in it still took 45 min.

The concierge service from EasyRez was exceptional and the ski rental that come to your hotel/condo - amazing!

Excellent stay at the condo. Spectacular view to the mountain and the lake. Our family really enjoyed our ski trip here at the resort.

"Great stay - for the most part"

EasyRez employees were WONDERFUL!!!

We had a great stay. The rooms were clean and everything was really nice. Unfortunately the last day we were there, we cracked a table. A few weeks later we were billed $375!!!! No one even called us to explain... Needless to say, that decreased the price/quality ratio for us.
