"Great stay - for the most part"
EasyRez employees were WONDERFUL!!!
We had a great stay. The rooms were clean and everything was really nice. Unfortunately the last day we were there, we cracked a table. A few weeks later we were billed $375!!!! No one even called us to explain... Needless to say, that decreased the price/quality ratio for us.

The people I dealt with at EasyRez were very helpful and accommodating....we had approximately a 5-6 hour drive from home to this destination...we arrived around 9:30pm on the Thursday evening to find out that there was no room for us or the seven other people with us....after about 45 min of trying to figure things out they found accommodations to put us in...this was a little frustrating...we went out on the Sunday afternoon, upon returning to the condo we discovered that NONE of our cards worked....after THREE trips back to the reception desk they finally worked....again very frustrating...but I feel that was more with the staff at the resort.

We enjoyed the mountain and village as per usual, but the accommodations were nothing to write home about. The price was ridiculous for 3 nights and we were not overly pleased with the hot tub facilities that were so highly spoken of upon our reservation booking. They were not as easily accessible as indicated and we were not initially given a key so we had to make an extra trip back to the main office in our bathing suits...IN DEC!! For the money I would have expected something much nicer....
