The property was as advertised on the website, nicely appointed and clean. The check-in process was easy and the staff professional and helpful. The location was pretty and free shuttle to and from the mountain base made the whole experience great. However, there were issues with the plumbing in the unit. The toilet backed up every day and needed to be unplugged. Also the television/DVD player were not functioning properly and there was no documentation to assist with troubleshooting. This was a let down for the children.

Our week at Tremblant was excellent. Our condo (Le Plateau) was a fabulous place to come home to after a day skiing. It was quiet and charming and we often saw deer just a few feet from our front door. We will definitely be returning to Tremblant and definitely booking one of those condos again.

"Best place in tremblant yet"
Eazyrez is awesome, we're definitely returning in the near future. Service was great and the place was beautiful. The only problem was the fact that we were told we were going to get a fire starter kit which we did not- twice that we were there (not a big deal), and no wireless internet. Aside from that the service was great.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our son, who is 8 years old, was happy to see a deer come right up to our porch. He had never seen one so close up. We will ask for this same property again on our next stay.
