“The warm red woods in this authentically styled log house B&B were harvested in the wilds of British Columbia, more than half a continent away. Sitting in the midst of the Laurentian forest, the B&B offers a restful retreat in a natural setting, yet is only five minutes from one of the worlds premier ski resorts, Mont Tremblant. It is equally close to the quaint village of St Jovite, offering more laid back shopping and dining venues. One of the areas favourite golf courses, LA BÊTE, “ is adjacent to the B&B.”
“The guest common areas includes two large lounges separated by an expansive entryway with cathedral ceiling. This makes for one huge gathering area, both comfortable and elegantly rustic. The log beam ceilings contribute to the country charm.”
“A full generous breakfast complete with fresh bread, brioches and home made jams is served in the guest dining area, part of the open floor concept of the guest common space. An abundance of windows allows for plenty of natural light.”
“Each of the eight guest rooms is named after a specific tree species, in French of course. All rooms are individually designed, in a wide range of colours, with premium furnishings and private bathrooms. Some rooms have whirlpool tubs, and two have a private terrace with direct access to the garden.”
