"Super Service!"

The accommodations were a bit dated, but the location was almost as close as you could get without ski-in/ski-out privileges. What made our stay most enjoyable though, was the staff and customer service that was provided. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. They supplied us with directions and advice on where to eat, how to get to Le Massif, and they were very understanding when we had a problem with the unit.

They went out of their way to help us find a solution for our dog and it was greatly appreciated. Great job!

"Great time had by all !"

If you have older kids, like to cook your meals, don't mind a five minute drive to the hill, and don't really need other amenities like big pools or workout facilities, this place is great. It was quiet, really clean, great kitchen facilities, lots of storage space for ski equipment, food etc. The town Beaupre was really convenient and just far enough away to not be aware of it, but close enough to pick up milk if we had to....
Better directions / map from the office would have been helpful, but they were great to deal with. We had a problem with our TV, and they came and replaced our television within the hour....
