Canmore Country Inn

This B&B influenced country inn is located in Canmore, a five minute drive south east of Banff. The self contained resort has shopping, dining and spa services on site with additional services found in the town of Banff and in the local Canmore area. Canmore is in the province of Alberta, less than two hours west of Calgary International Airport. Calgary is the closest airport with direct or one stop service available from several major North American, Asian and European cities. Scheduled and charter bus services are available from the airport terminal, as are car rental outlets. If electing to rent a car, particularly in winter, a four wheel drive vehicle is advised. Canadian Rocky Mountain winter driving can be a challenge; so take it slow and just enjoy the scenery. Winter visitors will find excellent skiing at no less than five world class ski resorts and summer guests will enjoy teeing up at some of the most incredibly scenic and challenging courses in North America. Unusual golf hazards to look out for are wandering elk and the occasional curious bear or cougar.
